A career as a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor or Senior Cybersecurity Advisor in the Secure Zone - Asset Management team at National Bank means serving as a vulnerability management specialist. You act as a focal point between the development, infrastructure, cybersecurity and risk management teams to transform security findings into concrete and lasting corrective measures. This position allows you to have a direct impact on system resilience and reduce risk through your expertise in application security, systems engineering and complex technological environments.

Your job

  • Analyze vulnerabilities resulting from security tests (pentests, SAST, DAST, infrastructure scans) to identify priority risks
  • Translate findings into remediation strategies adapted to architecture constraints and business issues
  • Pilot and coordinate the implementation of patches with the development, operations and infrastructure teams
  • Define and validate effective correction approaches (code, configuration, dependencies) and ensure their quality
  • Optimize vulnerability management processes to reduce delays and improve operational efficiency
  • Support and influence teams in integrating security best practises into the design of solutions

In the Asset Management - Secure Zone sector, you are part of a highly specialised team and report to the Senior Manager. Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development or systems administration
  • Concrete experience in cybersecurity, particularly vulnerability management and application security
  • Proficiency in modern technology environments such as Linux, cloud and DevOps practises
  • Experience in technical coordination or collaborating with several teams in complex contexts
  • Ability to analyse advanced technical problems and propose structured and effective solutions
  • Define a clear definition of done, validate proof of correction and ensure follow-up until vulnerabilities are fully closed.
  • Act as a technical ally for teams to speed up understanding of security issues and implement patches.
