Job description

The Senior Territory Field Lead (STFL) is an experienced field sales enablement professional who drives revenue, growth, profitability, and consistent execution across an assigned market while also strengthening performance across the broader region. The role retains full Indirect Field Leader responsibilities in its home market and receives dedicated time each week to train, coach, and mentor regional TFLs and support priority regional initiatives. Working in close partnership with the Regional Manager, the Senior TFL provides added oversight, field perspective, and practical guidance that improve execution and accelerate capability building. This is a senior individual-contributor role: the Senior TFL influences through expertise, credibility, and peer leadership but does not directly manage, evaluate, schedule, discipline, or approve employment actions for other TFLs. Formal people leadership and accountability remain with the Regional Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Leadership and TFL Execution
  • Support sales goals: Implement localized sales enablement plans across assigned Agent locations to grow revenue, maximize profitability, and achieve regional sales goals.
  • Execute sales support: Strengthen Agent capabilities through product knowledge, skill development, and tailored sales strategies.
  • Monitor Agent and channel performance, analyze market factors, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build partner relationships: Establish and grow trusted partnerships with existing Agents and develop productive new Agent relationships.
  • Advocate for frontline tools: Champion assisted-sales tools and triage frameworks, including approved point-of-sale support pathways and the Virtual Support Link, to reduce sales-floor bottlenecks and transaction errors.
  • Coordinate field readiness and sales enablement: Partner with Agent leadership to coordinate priority launches, distribute real-time updates, and support completion of training, incentives, and promotions that improve territory performance.
  • Communicate changes and updates: Translate strategic and organizational changes into clear, actionable field guidance so teams understand day-to-day impacts and remain prepared.
Regional Senior TFL Support
  • Train and onboard: Deliver practical training, reinforcement, and field-based knowledge sharing for TFLs, including onboarding support for new team members when requested by the Regional Manager.
  • Coach and mentor peers: Provide ongoing, developmental coaching and mentorship that build TFL capability, confidence, consistency, and problem-solving skills.
  • Support regional initiatives: Partner with the Regional Manager to plan, launch, and sustain regional priorities, providing added oversight and field-level guidance to improve execution.
  • Promote consistent standards: Model strong field practices, reinforce expectations, identify execution gaps, and share repeatable approaches across markets.
  • Surface insights and risks: Consolidate field feedback, recognize trends and barriers, and provide the Regional Manager with timely, fact-based observations and recommendations.
  • Facilitate collaboration: Connect TFLs across the region, encourage peer learning, and help transfer successful practices between markets.
  • Protect role clarity: Provide guidance and feedback within the scope set by the Regional Manager; promptly elevate performance, conduct, staffing, or other formal management matters to the Regional Manager.
  • Balance priorities: Manage home-market commitments and dedicated regional-support time in partnership with the Regional Manager, escalating capacity conflicts early.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a results-driven field leader who thrives in a high-volume, dynamic environment and earns influence through credibility and follow-through. You are an exceptional communicator, coach, and relationship builder who can support local Agent structures, guide peers without relying on positional authority, and translate corporate priorities into consistent field execution. You use data and financial metrics to identify opportunities, handle ambiguity, resolve operational roadblocks with support teams, and maintain a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Two or more years of sales and client-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in field execution, sales enablement, partner support, or a comparable role.
  • Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or developing peers.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess performance, interpret sales results, and translate insights into action.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and maintain clear boundaries in a peer-leadership role.
  • Ability to manage competing market and regional priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned market and region as business needs require.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
  • Willingness to take and pass a drug test in accordance with applicable state guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Sales, marketing, training, or customer service experience, ideally with third-party sellers or retailers.
  • Experience in the wireless industry, account management, or as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, productivity, and sustained performance improvement.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience interpreting and analyzing sales results.
  • Track record of leading cross-market initiatives or improving adoption of new programs and processes.
Measures of Success
  • Strong, sustained sales and execution performance in the assigned market.
  • Improved TFL capability, consistency, and adoption of regional priorities.
  • Timely identification and escalation of field risks, barriers, and opportunities.
  • Effective balance of home-market ownership and regional-support commitments.
  • Trusted partnership with the Regional Manager, TFL peers, Agent leadership, and HQ stakeholders.
