Job Summary:
ICONMA is a Public University company looking for a Salesforce Application Developer for their Ann Arbor, MI location. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing on declarative tools and collaboration with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• This role focuses on leveraging declarative tools, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Flow, to build scalable and efficient business processes without relying on
• custom code.
• The position is responsible for developing and maintaining complex Flows, including record-triggered, screen, and scheduled automations.
• The position will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and analysts to translate requirements into thoughtful, well-architected solutions that align with platform best practices.
• A key part of the role involves evaluating business needs and implementing maintainable, declarative solutions using standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation tools.
• The position will also troubleshoot and resolve system and automation issues, continuously improving performance and usability across the platform. Collaboration is essential; the position will partner with cross-functional teams on Flow design and declarative development strategies.
• Work independently and in coordination with the Senior Salesforce Technical Lead and Senior Salesforce Developer, business analysts, and other application programmers to analyze, design, create, and test complex Salesforce applications and services using various development tools, programming languages, and databases.
