Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid – 3 days in office: Wed/Thu/Fri)

Are you a seasoned Salesforce Engineer who thrives on building sophisticated, enterprise-grade solutions? We are seeking a high-performing Senior Salesforce Developer to join a collaborative, fast-moving development team supporting a custom, high-volume Salesforce platform in the financial services sector.

This role offers the opportunity to tackle complex, high-impact features—focusing heavily on cutting-edge Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom back-end Apex architecture, and modern API integrations. If you love clean code, smart platform design, and solving complex technical puzzles, this project is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • LWC & Apex Engineering: Architect and build high-performance Lightning Web Components and custom Apex logic to enhance a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem.

  • API & Integrations: Design, implement, and maintain robust REST API integrations connecting Salesforce with internal enterprise systems.

  • Collaborative Architecture: Work closely with Technical Architects to refine design patterns, technical approaches, and system stability.

  • Engineering Excellence: Write clean, scalable, maintainable code; conduct peer code reviews; and uphold enterprise security and performance standards.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Salesforce Engineering Mastery: Proven expertise with hands-on Apex development and advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Integration Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience building custom REST API integrations and Apex callouts.

  • Core Platform Fundamentals: Deep understanding of custom data models, trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, and flow automation.

  • Enterprise Environment: Experience operating within complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce instances.

Nice-to-Have Skills
