We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top technology talent across various industries within the Canadian market. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and retaining highly skilled professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This role requires an understanding of the latest and upcoming technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  • Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and conduct technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

  • Administer and evaluate technical assessments and coding tests.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top technology talent.

  • Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
