Role Summary
The Salesforce System Analyst/Product manager acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, designing Salesforce-based solutions, supporting system enhancements, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring that Salesforce platforms align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
· Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
· Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows.
· Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
· Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications.
Salesforce Solution Design
· Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports.
· Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects on solution design.
· Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
· Recommend process improvements and platform optimizations.
Data & Reporting
· Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
