Senior Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid – Birmingham, AL) 

Overview 
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a well-established Salesforce environment and help drive ongoing optimization and enhancement efforts. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing intake, prioritization, and execution of Salesforce initiatives. 

This is a highly visible role supporting critical business processes, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. 

Location & Work Model 
Location: Birmingham, AL 
Work Model: Hybrid (~3 days onsite / 2 days remote) 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration and system health 

  • Serve as primary intake point for business requests and enhancements 

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions 

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership 

  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data integrity 

  • Design, implement, and enhance workflows using Flow and declarative tools 

  • Coordinate releases with Product Management and technical teams 

  • Track project timelines, backlog prioritization, and deliverables 

  • Maintain clear system and process documentation 

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders 

Required Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, reports, and dashboards 

  • Hands-on experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation tools 

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with managed packages (legal tech platforms preferred) 

  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices (environment management, releases, CI/CD) 

  • Experience with tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Azure DevOps 

  • Project coordination across cross-functional teams 

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification 

  • Experience in Agile or Scrum environments 

  • Experience with integrations (CTI, document management, e-signature tools)
