WHAT YOU'LL DO
No two days look the same in this role. You'll be at the heart of our residents' independence - getting them where they need to go safely, comfortably, and with a smile.
SHIFT AVAILABLE: Tues.- Thurs. 8:00am-4:30pm
- Safely transport residents to medical appointments, errands, social outings, and other destinations throughout Kingsport, TN and surrounding areas
- Efficiently plan and manage routes and schedules to maximize reliability and resident satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional, resident-centered customer service with warmth, patience, and professionalism
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and any mobility support needs
- Exercise sound decision-making and respond calmly to unexpected situations on the road
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with required endorsements
- Clean, safe driving history
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
