As a Sr Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer, you will bring a strong analytical, solution-oriented, and delivery leadership mindset to the configuration and extension of Guidewire PolicyCenter in support of P&C insurance products and underwriting operations. You will work directly with client stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional Deloitte teams to lead the translation of business requirements into scalable PolicyCenter configurations and technical designs, including product model changes, rules, workflows, and Gosu-based custom extensions. You will drive solutioning across functional and technical workstreams, proactively identify risks, dependencies, and design considerations, and help ensure high-quality delivery across the development lifecycle. You will also collaborate closely with teams supporting integrations, data, testing, and adjacent Guidewire platforms to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions. 4 yrs of experience working in one of the following sub service areas: Insurance Products, Underwriting, Claims, Billing & Payments, Policy Administration or Distribution

1 year experience estimating and planning Large Scale System Implementations

2 years of experience managing at least one large Business Integration effort and project team through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, and testing

Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
