Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a growing technology organization as a full-time hybrid team member based in Franklin, TN. This role requires a customer-focused, organized, and collaborative technical leader with strong Java and SQL expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives for software operations aligned with long-term business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of software professionals to drive performance and professional growth
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives
  • Maintain stability and reliability of software systems, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
  • Oversee deployment of software updates, patches, and new features to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Manage incident response and problem resolution in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams
  • Monitor and manage support tickets to ensure prompt issue resolution
