We are working with a well established and steadily expanding SAAS company in California. They are growing 300% faster than their nearest competitor. This full-time opportunity is located in a very beautiful OCEANFRONT location where your office looks out to the Pacific Ocean. Our client is hiring new teams to help lead their growing Ruby team. Their team believes in an Agile development environment, test driven development, and we place an emphasis on open collaboration and ownership.

The development team works on the entire tech stack (from low level database operations to front end development) for a large cloud based enterprise application (SaaS). Engineers work with all of our departments from sales, account management, support and product; with a strong emphasis on the ability to speak with clients to understand user needs.
