Job Description:
The Network Security Analyst II (NSA II) – RSA Archer Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This position ensures the security, integrity, and compliance of critical information systems by aligning Archer applications with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and security control standards.
The NSA II operates independently on complex assignments while collaborating with Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Data Privacy, and IT stakeholders. This role supports mission-critical enterprise GRC operations and ensures solutions meet national security and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
RSA Archer Administration & Configuration
·        
Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer modules including:
   o        Assessment & Authorization (A&A)
   o        Controls Assurance Program Management
   o        Issues Management
   o        Custom Applications
·        Configure workflows, questionnaires, data relationships, calculations, access controls, and automated imports
·        Implement role-based access controls and governance standards
Requirements & Solution Design
·        Conduct business and functional requirements analysis
·        Translate requirements into solution design documents, configuration specifications, and implementation plans
·        Develop user stories and testing documentation
Integration & Technical Development
·        Develop RESTful API integrations between Archer and enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDB)
·        Configure data feeds and system interfaces
·        Implement client-side logic and dynamic behaviors using JavaScript and jQuery
Governance & Compliance
·        
Ensure alignment with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, and other regulatory frameworks
·        Support control assurance, continuous monitoring, and compliance validation
·        Follow structured change and release management processes
Documentation & Reporting
·        Produce technical documentation including:
   o        
System design documents
   o        Configuration specifications
   o        Integration artifacts
   o        Testing plans and change logs
·        Track risks, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
Support & Optimization
·        
Troubleshoot Archer defects and optimize application performance
·        Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training materials
Required Certification (Mandatory – No Exceptions)
One of the following certifications is required:

Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR

Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification
MUST HAVE
