Job description

Job Title : Senior Tech Lead(Archer)
Location: San Antonio/ Plano
Rate :70/hr

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of RSA Archer expertise.
  • Provide day-to-day application support for Archer ECORT (aka Audit Management), including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Configure and maintain Archer modules, forms, workflows, dashboards, notifications, and user access.
  • Partner with Enterprise Risk Management/GRC Build teams to implement system value adds.
  • Oversee user provisioning, role-based security, and permissions in alignment with governance policies.
  • Support data imports/exports, integrations, and periodic system updates or releases.
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively address system, data quality, and usability issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, job aids, and technical runbooks.
  • Train teammates on Archer functionality and support adoption of best practices.
  • Assist with testing (UAT/regression), change management, and deployment activities.
  • Support audit and compliance requests related to system controls, evidence, and reporting.
  • Perform server support activities for Archer environments (development, test, production), including health checks, patch coordination, capacity monitoring, and incident response support.
  • Lead or coordinate vulnerability remediation activities by reviewing scan results, prioritizing findings, applying fixes/patches, validating remediation, and documenting closure evidence for audit/compliance.

Manage certificate lifecycle and rotation for Archer-related services and integrations, including tracking expiration dates, renewing/installing certificates, validating connectivity, and preventing service disruption through proactive planning.
