Job Title: RPA Engineer/Developer
Location: Houston, TX, US
Duration: 6 Months + Extension
Bill Rate: $80/hour
Job Type: W-2 Contract

Work Authorization: US-Citizen, H-1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD

Required Skills:

  • 3-10 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant
  • Experience developing attended and unattended bots
  • Strong knowledge of workflow design and automation best practices
  • Experience integrating UiPath with web, desktop, SAP, Citrix, and API-based applications
  • Knowledge of Reframe work and reusable component development
  • Experience with exception handling, logging, debugging, and bot optimization
  • Familiarity with SQL and database integration
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • UiPath Certified Professional (Associate or Advanced Developer)
  • Experience with AI Center, Document Understanding, OCR, or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
