Job description

Become part of Korber's powerhouse team delivering endtoend warehouse excellence. As a Senior EWM TechnoFunctional Consultant, you'll bridge business needs with technical execution-configuring, enhancing, and optimizing SAP EWM solutions. You'll work handson with customers, innovate daily, and see your work transform realworld operations.

You'll configure, enhance, and troubleshoot EWM processes while developing custom solutions that elevate warehouse performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson problemsolving, customer collaboration, and seeing their work directly improve operations.

Your role in our team

  • Lead workshops to demonstrate SAP EWM processes and gather detailed warehouse/logistics requirements
  • Design, configure, and implement scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned to business needs
  • Deliver end-to-end project execution including functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support
  • Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, PP, QM), Global Trade & Services, and third-party systems
  • Configure core EWM functionality including inbound/outbound flows, warehouse structure, RF framework, storage control (LOSC/POSC), automation, HU management, and VAS/kitting
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user training materials
  • Partner with ABAP developers on enhancements, interfaces, OData services, RF developments, and custom objects (BAdIs, user exits)
  • Support integrations and troubleshooting across IDocs, qRFC, MFS, and EWM debugging
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, contributing to overall solution architecture and delivery
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide ongoing support, training, and best practice guidance to stakeholders and end users

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 6+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration across inbound/outbound, internal movements, RF, VAS, LOSC/POSC, HU management, and kitting
  • Solid technical exposure including ABAP debugging, enhancement framework, IDocs, qRFC, RF screen customization, and integration tools
  • Ability to develop and review functional specifications (FS) and effectively partner with development teams on delivery
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and automation systems
  • Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded and/or decentralized environments)
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM best practices and industry standards for scalable solution design
  • Proven ability to support system integration and troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues
  • Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel 20-40% based on project and client needs

Nice to Have

  • SAP EWM certification or formal SAP training
  • Knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution or additional SAP modules
  • Experience with Decentralized EWM implementation with S4 HANA
  • BTP knowledge
  • Additional languages a plus - German or Spanish preferred
  • MFS experience is an advantage
