  • Operate the intake and prioritization process for reporting requests; set clear SLAs, communicate timelines, and manage a backlog of enhancements aligned with quarterly planning.
  • Enable stakeholders through training and data literacy initiatives; empower HR analysts and business users to self-serve responsibly.
  • Coordinate and execute the Employee Satisfaction survey program in partnership with P&C leaders.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT to manage integrations and pipelines between Workday and downstream systems; coordinate defect remediation, release testing, and incident response with solid runbooks.
Impact you'll have
  • Elevate decision quality through standardized, timely, and trusted insights.
  • Reduce operational risk via stronger controls, security, and compliance.
  • Accelerate planning cycles and executive reporting with scalable, well-governed data products.
Minimum qualifications (must-have)

Please ensure your background meets the minimum requirements below.

    • 2+ years building Tableau and Workday dashboards and data models (Tableau Desktop; Tableau Prep preferred).
    • 2+ years with HR data integrations (Workday EIB/Studio/Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs; ETL tools such as Informatica or Boomi a plus).
    • Experience with privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), data security, and controls.
    • Preferred certifications: Workday Pro Reporting; Tableau Desktop Specialist/Certified.
    • Thorough understanding of HR data models and downstream system impacts.
    • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions with a global mindset.
