  • Support the design, documentation, and standardization of operational processes and functional workflows in alignment with enterprise governance standards.
  • Assist in creating detailed functional designs, evaluating fit/gap analyses, and identifying cross-process system dependencies.
  • Collaborate with process owners to define use cases, establish process KPIs, and support business case development.
  • Create test cases and participate directly in Product Testing (PT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new builds and enhancements.
  • Support remote and on-site application deployments, user training, go-live execution, and post-implementation handoffs to support teams.
  • Provide functional troubleshooting for escalated operational issues, audit requests, and role-based security configurations.
  • Provide project status updates, resource estimates, and input into application roadmap planning.
Required Skills:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a business/process analyst role, technical support capacity, or plant/logistics operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and communicate functional needs clearly to development teams.
  • Experience writing or executing test scripts and participating in user testing (PT/UAT).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders ranging from plant floor operators to business leadership.
  • High adaptability with proven organizational and time-management skills to balance evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10-20% (domestically and internationally) for on-site facility surveys, testing, and go-live implementations.
  • Flexibility to work occasional off-hours, weekends, or varied shifts as needed during project go-lives and implementation cutovers.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent IT/business degree.
Preferred Experience:
