Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via video conferencing, adhering to the best practices in remote healthcare delivery.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations to inform the development of tailored therapeutic plans.
• Implement and monitor treatment progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and secure client records, documenting sessions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to deliver holistic care.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health trends and regulations to ensure that services are compliant and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client demographic includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship challenges, and stress management difficulties. Our clients often seek flexibility in therapy due to their busy lives, making remote sessions a critical component of our services. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of California, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or licensed psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

Preferred Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting providing individual therapy, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital record-keeping.
• A track record of success in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to assess and respond to the nuances of client needs through effective communication.

Compensation and Benefits
