About SingleFile

Founded in 2019, SingleFile is transforming how businesses manage compliance filings with AI-powered automation. We take the pain out of entity management and Secretary of State filings, work that's traditionally been manual, error-prone, and tedious.

Our traction speaks for itself:

  • Finalist for the 2024 GeekWire Startup of the Year Award
  • Backed by Pioneer Square Labs and Foundry Group
  • Investors include six AmLaw 100 firms
  • Partnered with 40+ AmLaw 300 firms in the past year
  • Ranked #1 out of 20 solutions by a prestigious AmLaw 20 firm
About the Role

If you've sold corporate compliance or legal information solutions before, you know the typical motion: slow-moving deals, layers of stakeholders, and legacy providers that rely on inertia instead of innovation. This role is different.

At SingleFile, we move quickly. You'll sell directly to senior decision-makers like CFOs, General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, COOs, and Compliance leaders who understand the operational and legal risk of outdated compliance processes and have the authority to act.

We're looking for someone who understands the corporate compliance and governance ecosystem; not generic HR compliance or cybersecurity software. The ideal candidate has experience selling solutions related to entity management, governance, registered agent services, legal filings, or corporate compliance workflows.

You'll partner with our BDR team on qualified opportunities while also sourcing your own pipeline. We want someone who's comfortable picking up the phone and equally strategic about where they invest their time. This is a true sales role-not account management. We have a Success team that handles post-sale relationships so you can focus on what you do best: opening doors and closing deals.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Run compelling product demos and connect SingleFile's capabilities to real compliance pain points
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Work collaboratively with BDRs and Customer Success to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Travel to meet prospects and attend industry events when needed
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate compliance, entity management, governance, registered agent, or legal information services
  • Strong understanding of corporate compliance workflows, annual reports, entity maintenance, Secretary of State filings, governance requirements, or related operational processes
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in a closing role
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and independently building pipeline
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CFOs, General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, Compliance Officers, and Operations leaders
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and effective in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong discovery, demo, and consultative selling skills
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $75,000-$90,000 + uncapped commission
  • Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k)
  • Monthly Technology Stipend
  • Generous PTO and remote flexibility
  • Real Growth Potential: Join a fast-scaling company disrupting a stagnant industry-your trajectory here won't look like it would at a legacy vendor
Interested?

If you're a driven sales professional who wants to sell something that actually solves a painful problem and close deals without waiting a year to do it-we'd love to talk.
