We are looking for a Senior or Staff React-Native Engineer who would be excited to add and improve features to our best-in-class React-Native mobile application, contribute to the front-end and full-stack of our web application, and imagine, design and build new features and products for our customers.
Our tech stack is React web front-end and React-Native (iOS/Android) mobile, with a serverless GCP (Node.js / Typescript) backend.
This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility. Every Wednesday, we get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office.
In this role you will:
  • Build delightful and innovative software that makes it easier for our customers to manage finance and accounting tasks. Our customers include both midsize and large construction companies, specifically leaders in finance and accounting.
  • Invent best-in-industry tools while working side-by-side with our customers, team of engineers and business folks.
  • Write scalable software that helps us efficiently handle the large volumes of data on our platform.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Self-Motivated and enthusiastic about building great software
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 3+ years of experience with React and React-Native
  • Understand the ins and outs of building React-Native mobile apps for Android and iOS
  • Strong command of HTML/CSS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Expert knowledge of a statically typed language (ideally Java or Typescript)
  • Work in Seattle office at least once per week

Other experience (not required, we're happy for you to learn):
  • Familiarity with accounting concepts
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Fintech and/or payment processing

Compensation Range:
Senior: $180k-$200k, plus equity
Staff: $220k-$245k, plus equity
