AsaSenior Software DeveloperatMujin, you will play a pivotal role inproviding technicalleadershipand support fora focusedR&Dteamdeveloping innovativesolutions. This role playsa vital part of the product development organization andleadssoftware development for critical components of theMujinsystem.The selected candidatewill alsocollaborate with the othertechnical staffand business stakeholders tomaturenew conceptsintoMujinproductsand solutions, while also providing remote and onsite support.

Position Description:

• Leadproduct-market fit discovery research and analysis (0-to-1 Product Owner) to guide roadmapdevelopment

• Architect, engineer, and deploya high-performance,high-reliabilitycloud nativeplatformforremotediagnostics,simulation,dataanalyticsand dashboards.

• Design, develop, and implementhigh-quality,user-centric portalapplicationsforadvanced robotics software.

• Optimizesystems andsoftwarefor industrial automation environments.

• Utilizemindmaps,wireframes, mockups, and demos toclarify requirements and use-cases,gather user feedback,and refine designs.

• Reviewcode and providedevelopers with constructive feedback to drive continuous improvements in quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in deployed systems.

• Instill disciplineand quality-first culturefortimelydeliveryandexceptionaluserexperience.

• Providementoring,coaching,andteamcommunications;andfacilitatelearning and growth.

PositionRequirements:

• Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering,orequivalent experience with 7+ years of total professional work experience withinTechnology/Software industries.

• Strong understanding of cloudarchitecture andperformance optimizationfor real-time, high-frequency dataupdates;along with test automation frameworks, Develop andmaintainCI/CD pipelines.

• Full-stackcodingexpertisepreferablyReact,Typescript,Python,C++,and GO.

• Frontenddevelopment experienceblending aesthetics, logic,UXflow, along with Backenddevelopment experience preferably PostgreSQL and Redis.

• Experience integratingandoptimizingfrontend systems with backend APIs(RESTful,GraphQL,gRPC,WebSockets).

• Leverage AWS, GCP, and Azure services - including serverless, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) as well as self-hosted bare-metal environmentsto

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master'sdegreeor PhDin Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalentexperience.

• 10+ years of total professional work experience withinTechnology/Software industries.

• 3+ years of teamleadershipexperience.

• Portfolio of visual design-drivenprojects in live production.

• Experience with real-time data pipelines or event-drivendistributedsystems.

• Experience with robotics, industrial automation, or warehouse systems.

• Experience developing real-time dashboards for warehouse operations and robotics fleets.

• Experience building control interfaces for monitoring and managing automation systems.

• Experience visualizing real-time telemetry and operational data from robots and sensors.

• Cloud certifications e.g., AWS Solutions Architect

• Experienceimplementingand adoptingAI-First growth transformation initiatives such as Claude Code, Codex,Copilots,etc.

Physical Demands/ Work Environment:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Ability to work extended hours asrequired.

• Travel Requirement: Less than 25%, domestically and internationally.
