Job Summary:

They are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to build and enhance enterprise platform capabilities that improve developer productivity, software delivery, and engineering efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable platform solutions, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering tools.
• Build self-service capabilities and automation to improve software development lifecycle efficiency.
• Develop reference architectures, integration patterns, technical standards, and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, and developer enablement assets.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience in Platform Engineering and Developer Experience (DevEx).
• Expertise in Internal Developer Platforms, Developer Productivity Engineering, and Software Engineering Enablement.
• Experience with enterprise integration architecture and platform governance.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
