What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our development team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting business applications, APIs, automation solutions, and database integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, modern web development, and backend integration development.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies
  • Build and support REST APIs and system integrations
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and queries
  • Create and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to improve business processes
  • Develop frontend functionality using JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and related web technologies
  • Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following development best practices
  • Assist with deployments, testing, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements
  • Other duties as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers in an Agile environment while contributing to both new development initiatives and ongoing support efforts.

Education/Experience:
  • 3–6 years of professional software development experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET development
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and JSON
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2025 and earlier versions
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Experience using source control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive in learning and highly self-motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving skills using best practices to architect complete solutions
  • Demonstrates commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical skills required
  • Cross-Platform Development, API, and Integration Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience with Azure Fabric and virtual tables.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform integrations
    Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD processes
    Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:
