Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst is part of a top-tier finance and analytics team which supports business leaders and executives in their efforts to make decisions to implement strategies and operational improvements that enhance the Company’s performance. This individual should work with high intensity and integrity possess intellectual curiosity and demonstrate both leadership abilities and a passion for excellence. The Senior Financial Analyst will work with business partners to provide business insights and recommendations as well as to execute process improvements based on Company strategy and growth targets.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Day-to-day interaction with divisional business leaders including President and VP level executives along with Sales Operations and Marketing leadership.

Work with business leaders to analyze and determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet those goals

Assist in preparing in-depth financial modeling related to growth productivity and new strategic initiatives

Develop and maintain performance and metric reporting dashboards on key performance indicators within the business

Create modeling and sensitivity tools to provide insight analytics for core business drivers • Prepare professional presentation materials to be used internally and externally

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and variance analysis

Assist in budgeting and forecasting process

Maintain and operate monthly commissions processes ensuring that commission payments for a variety of roles are calculated in accordance with pre-defined compensation plans
