Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG, as well as experience with CI/CD systems and version control (e.g., Git), is highly valued. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential soft skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring product quality. Regular communication with product managers helps ensure that testing aligns with user expectations and business goals. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for delivering high-quality software efficiently.

What are Senior QA Engineers?

Senior QA Engineers are experienced professionals responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. They design and implement test plans, automate testing processes, and identify bugs or issues before software is released. These engineers collaborate closely with development teams, provide mentorship to junior QA staff, and help establish best practices in quality assurance.
