Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Software DevSecOps engineer for their Avionics Advanced Technology Sandbox Organization. The role focuses on improving software development processes and collaborating with various teams to transition developed techniques into practical applications.
Responsibilities:
• Engage as a technologist and technical contributor with the engineering team and as a technical representative and advocate to the broader Avionics organization.
• Contribute to the research focused strategic roadmap for the organization.
• Lead and own subsets of the research focused strategic roadmap for the organization.
• Contribute to technical and investment plan to attack biggest impact challenge problems.
• Work with teams across Avionics to explore a broad disruptive trade space
• Collaborate with product design teams, Digital Technology, Enterprise DPLC organizations, and the Engineering tools organizations to enable transition of developed techniques.
• Drive teams with focus ranging from early minimum viable prototypes to scalable high-fidelity evaluations as concepts mature towards transition.
• Work hand-in-hand with teams across Avionics to influence and adopt Sandbox technology.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident 'Green Card' holder
• Proven experience with Dev*Ops pipeline architecture, deployment, and tools
• Experience with tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Grafana, InfluxDB, SonarQube, Jupyter Notebook, OpenCV, Bamboo, PostgreSQL, BitBucket, Robot Framework, Conan
• Demonstrated positive engineering technical results on complex programs
• Experience in Git
• Experience with containers & orchestration
Preferred:
• Experience in DO178 DAL-A software product development
