Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a key leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with strong estimating, marketing, and team‑building capabilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from concept to completion
  • Provide strong leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
  • Oversee estimating efforts, including budgeting, cost analysis, and bid preparation
  • Support marketing and business development, especially within Healthcare and Education sectors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders
  • Drive hiring, mentoring, and development of project staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
