To thrive as a Client Project Manager, you need strong project management skills, expertise in budgeting and scheduling, and typically a degree in business, management, or a related field. Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, and certifications like PMP or PRINCE2, are often expected.
