Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage multiple construction projects from concept to completion

· Provide strong leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and internal staff

· Oversee estimating efforts, including budgeting, cost analysis, and bid preparation

· Support marketing and business development, especially within Healthcare and Education sectors

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders

· Drive hiring, mentoring, and development of project staff

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications

· Proven leadership experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction
