Job description

Every Boston builder says they promote from within, and most mean it. The problem is timing: the Project Executive above you is not going anywhere, and the work keeps coming. That is why Senior Project Managers get recruited harder than anyone else in this market, and why the good ones get to be selective.

Belmont Search is recruiting Senior Project Managers for commercial, institutional, life science and multifamily work across Greater Boston, for current and upcoming searches.

The level:

  • Multiple projects or one large one, typically $30M and up, run through PMs and APMs you develop.
  • Client relationships owned at your level; repeat work is the scoreboard.
  • Preconstruction involvement on your own pursuits: estimating support, buyout strategy.
  • A real voice in who gets hired onto your teams.

You have been the PM of record on significant work, and you are either already running other PMs or clearly ready to. If the title above you is occupied, that is exactly why we should talk.

Salary is $145,000 - $185,000 plus bonus, depending on the shop and the work. At this level the project list and the path to Project Executive matter as much as the base, and we talk about both plainly.

Confidential without exception. Call or text John directly at (305) 871-9821. If you are settled, ten minutes on where your market has moved is still a good trade. Introductions welcome.
