Job description

Currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Construction to fill a position in the Fort Wayne, IN area for a Commercial Construction Firm client. • Oversee budgets, approve key financial items, support cost tracking, and analyze labor and material usage to improve future planning.
  • Oversee site operations, resolve major issues, and mentor project teams on consistent and effective site management.
  • Set and enforce quality standards, review inspection results, and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
  • Manage major contracts, resolve complex issues, and advise teams on contract structure, risks, and compliance.
