Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager
A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale and complex construction projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, financial performance, and quality control
  • Manage relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Lead project teams and support staffing, training, and performance management
  • Assist with estimating, budgeting, bid packages, and procurement activities
  • Analyze project risks, schedules, and long-lead items
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and company policies
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience overseeing complex construction operations and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and cost management systems
