Description -

We are seeking a visionary and executiondriven Principal Program Manager to lead largescale, consumer-facing programs acrosssolutions, apps,subscription services, andstreaming services. In this role, you will define and drive the delivery of nextgenerationmonetizationsolutions that spanbusiness solutions, monetization ecosystem, media,and interactive experiences across devices and platforms.

You will orchestrate complex, multi-team initiatives across engineering,product, UX, content operations, marketing, legal, finance, support, and quality, ensuring cohesive, high-quality launches that delight customers and accelerate business growth. You will also lead integrations with3rdpartypartners,development vendors,content providers, and platform partners, enabling scalable monetization, premiumsolution/servicesexperiences, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a Principal PM who thrives at the intersection ofmoderntechnology, consumersolutionexperience,product development lifecycle,and monetization strategy, and who can influence across organizations while driving clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead endtoend delivery ofsolutions, apps,streaming services, subscription platforms, and customer experiences

  • Drive crossfunctional execution across engineering, product, UX, content ops, marketing, legal, finance, support, and QA.

  • Own program strategy,executionroadmap, KPIs, and delivery governance for highvisibility media and monetization initiatives.

  • Oversee app development acrossPCdevices,cross-OSplatforms,,ensuring performance, usability, and feature quality.

  • Improvebackendquality&pipelines (dataingestion,metadata, validation) to enhancecustomer experienceandE2E journey.

  • Support GTM planning, launch readiness, and postlaunch optimization forapp,software, and services.

  • Delivers new monetization ecosystem, subscription services (SaaS solutions), eCommerce engine, and many new consumer facing solutions & platforms.

  • Advises key stakeholders on the program execution and delivery strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.

  • Tracks and reportskeymetrics to drive future product developments, andleadscommunicationtosenior managements

  • Workwith BDs and AdTechleadstoenablead-supported monetization.

  • Assists product management team to monitor competitive markets to determine customers' needs & pain points for certain product improvements and completes detailed competitive analyses.

  • Manage 3rdparty development vendorsand platform partners, ensuring delivery accountability and SLA adherence.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders with clarity and influence

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of project/ program management experiencein software/ solutions/ services development

  • Multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, various dependencies to deliver the program in time

  • Expertise and very strong knowledge of the software/ solution development lifecycle, pre/post sales support readiness, GTM, Product generation, Quality/validation flow, E2E customer journey, HP's compliance requirements, and agile development processes

  • Strong experience with program governance, risk management, and KPI-driven execution.

  • In-depth understanding of3rdparty solutionbusiness & monetization framework, in particular subscription & payment gateway, SaaS, eCommerce, andmobile apps

  • Experience working with cross-functional leadership, including customer experience, quality assurance, customer assurance, support, solution marketing, and product design workstreams

  • Proven ability to manage 3rdparty development vendors,cross functional, and cross regional stakeholders

  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear program deliverables.

  • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Technical intelligence to represent customers' needs in technical language and vice versa
