Job description

Job Title: Senior Program/Project Manager

Location: On-site presence required Tuesday–Thursday in Malvern, PA, or Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be local to the NY/NJ/Philadelphia/DC metro areas or Charlotte, NC.

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Program/Project Manager to support a fast-moving, high-visibility, multi-workstream infrastructure and resiliency program. The ideal candidate will have strong program and project management experience, with the ability to drive workstream execution, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate governance, and maintain accountability across multiple technical teams.

This is not a coordinator position. The successful candidate will operate credibly alongside technical and program leadership, integrate into established governance structures, and proactively drive execution across competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day planning, tracking, and execution for one or more assigned workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, dependency logs, milestone tracking, and RAIDD artifacts.
  • Coordinate governance forums, working sessions, and cross-workstream alignment activities.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership briefing materials.
  • Facilitate alignment sessions, capture key decisions, and identify dependencies, sequencing risks, and escalation items.
  • Support definition-of-done tracking, milestone compliance reviews, and readiness assessments.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues before they escalate and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution.
  • Ensure alignment across workstreams and maintain delivery accountability against overall program objectives.
  • Identify governance structures, processes, and management practices that may require long-term ownership beyond the program lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with program leadership, technical workstream leads, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a consulting, enterprise, or client-embedded delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing workstream execution within large, complex, multi-track programs.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, issue tracking, and RAIDD disciplines.
  • Experience with infrastructure, platform, technology, or enterprise delivery programs.
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical workstream leads and understand technical delivery discussions beyond project processes.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reporting, dashboards, governance materials, and leadership presentations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity at the workstream level while operating within a structured program governance model.
  • Collaborative working style with strong accountability and a proactive approach to delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with infrastructure resiliency, platform engineering, identity management, patch automation, or related technology initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI-related programs or enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year transformation or strategic technology programs.
Work Location Requirement
  • Regular on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday is mandatory.
  • Candidates should be local to the NY/NJ/Philadelphia/DC metro areas for the Malvern, PA location, or local to Charlotte, NC for the Charlotte location.
  • This is a hard requirement; remote-only candidates will not be considered.
