Combined with the five pediatric specialties ranked in the nation's top 50 by U.S. News & World Report, UF Health Shands has 12 specialties recognized.
UF Health is currently seeking a Senior Program Director. This role is responsible for overseeing complex enterprise technology programs and portfolios that support UF Health's strategic goals. This role provides leadership and direction for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other enterprise business systems initiatives through program governance, planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery oversight.
The position works collaboratively with operational leaders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure programs are effectively planned, executed, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Senior Program Director serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, facilitating the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives that drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, business process improvement, and organizational effectiveness across UF Health.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:
  • Experience leading large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, including Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or comparable enterprise business platforms.
  • Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience leading complex enterprise technology programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with enterprise governance, strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, and organizational change efforts.
