Job Description
BCS Allegient has a 35-year history of helping government, research, and private sector clients implement their programs and missions to achieve success. We offer a breadth of professional support services in the areas of business management, communications, systems engineering, analysis, mission execution, and organization performance. BCS Allegient is hiring a Senior Program Analyst to join our team at the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA.
*This position is contingent upon award.
Onsite Requirements - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
  • Support rapid (quick reaction) S&T product development, testing, and transition efforts within the ONR portfolio, with emphasis on disruptive and innovative technologies.
  • Conduct program analysis, research, and assessments across DoW S&T agencies; provide findings and recommendations to support ONR programmatic decisions.
  • Assist with discovery and invention research activities, tracking emerging technologies and evaluating their relevance to naval requirements and operational needs.
  • Support coordination with Naval Warfare Centers, labs, UARCs, and other DoW entities to advance technology development and transition objectives.
  • Prepare analytical products, briefings, and reports for internal program use and senior leadership audiences.
  • Provide technical program management support for assigned DoW programs, ensuring execution is on schedule and aligned with portfolio priorities.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university (required).
  • 5-7 years of experience in rapid (quick reaction) S&T product development and testing.
  • Experience in the S&T process with other Department of War (DoW) agencies.
  • Experience in technical program management of DoW programs greater than $1M.
  • Experience in the S&T process as it pertains to working with Naval Warfare Centers, labs, and University Affiliated Research Centers (UARCs), with strong knowledge of operational naval forces.
  • Experience in technical program management of Navy programs greater than $1M.
