Job Summary:
Clearwater Analytics is a company focused on providing analytics solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Program Manager for their LP Team. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing project scopes, developing implementation plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Identifies and finalizes project/implementation scope.
โ€ข Develops detailed implementation plans including internal, client and third-party resourcing.
โ€ข Manages and coordinates with internal, client and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on time and with quality implementation per plan.
โ€ข Generates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with client and project team.
โ€ข Schedules and leads steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.
โ€ข Manage and report on budget for implementation.
โ€ข Seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.
โ€ข Serves as a trusted relationship manager responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries and a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team.
โ€ข Be the bridge between various business stakeholders including Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team.
โ€ข Ability to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Expert technical proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Monday.com, and Salesforce; ability to explore, trial, and recommend new tools and technologies as business needs arise.
โ€ข Strong background in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and FinTech.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience managing projects within a matrix reporting environment.
โ€ข Solid knowledge of investment accounting and reporting practices.
โ€ข Product expertise in Private Investments, RNFs, LIHTC, and IRR calculations.
โ€ข In-depth understanding of LP/GP relationships in private markets.
โ€ข Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery models.
โ€ข Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
โ€ข Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
โ€ข Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s and/or master's in finance or accounting.
โ€ข 7+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
โ€ข Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
โ€ข Consulting experience.
โ€ข Securities or financial markets experience.
โ€ข Experience of managing a team essential (7-15 people).
Preferred:
โ€ข PMP/CPA/CFA is an added advantage.
