What You’ll Do: • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders • Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration • Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time • Observe residents during and after medication passes • Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief • Report refusals or concerns promptly • Complete narcotic counts per policy • Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms • Follow infection control and safety standards You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance. What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ • Medication Administration certification • CPR and First Aid certification • Strong documentation and communication skills • Senior care experience preferred Medication Aide / Med Tech – Deliver Safe, Accurate Medication Care for Our Residents Medication Aide | Med Tech | Medication Technician | Medication Administration | Senior Living | Resident Care
Pay Range:17.95 - 22.45
