Job description


We are seeking a Back of House (BOH) Support Engineer with mandatory hands-on experience supporting Crunchtime in enterprise restaurant environments. The role will focus on production support, incident management, application troubleshooting, POS integrations, inventory and labor systems, and restaurant operations technology within QSR environments.
This role is HYBRID, 3 days in the office per week, in the Dunwoody area - Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities
  • ProvideL2/L3 production support for Crunchtime Inventory, Labor,Operations, and Reporting modules.
  • Troubleshootapplication, data synchronization, inventory, labor, reporting, andrestaurant operations issues.
  • PerformRoot Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive permanent resolution of recurringincidents.
  • Supportintegrations between Crunchtime, POS systems, delivery aggregators,reporting platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Monitorapplication health, review logs, and proactively identify operationalissues.
  • Workclosely with restaurant operations teams, vendors, and engineering teamsto resolve critical incidents.
  • Supportsoftware deployments, upgrades, UAT activities, and production releases.
  • Manageincidents, service requests, and problem tickets while meeting SLAcommitments.
  • Troubleshootrestaurant technology hardware including printers, tablets, controllers,and networking components.
  • Analyzedata and application issues using SQL, logs, and diagnostic tools.

Requirements
  • Mandatoryexperience supporting Crunchtime applications in a production environment.
  • 5+years of experience in QSR or restaurant technology support.
  • Strongunderstanding of Inventory Management, Labor Management, RestaurantOperations, and Reporting.
  • Experiencesupporting POS systems and restaurant technology integrations.
  • Strongincident management, troubleshooting, and RCA skills.
  • Experiencewith ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • SQLknowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Experiencewith log analysis, network diagnostics, and production support.
  • Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Experiencesupporting big QSR brands.
  • Knowledgeof Wireshark, Putty, Windows administration, and network troubleshooting.
  • Exposureto Android/iOS device support.
  • Experiencewith Power BI, Tableau, and restaurant reporting platforms.

Note: Candidates without hands-on Crunchtime support experience will not be considered.
