We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes of an assigned product portfolio. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys making difficult prioritization decisions, and is passionate about building products that create measurable customer and business value.

The Senior Product Manager operates as an AI‑native product leader. They are fluent in modern AI tools across discovery, prototyping, narrative, analysis, and delivery, and they use that fluency to expand their own leverage and model modern product practices across the organization.

Relocation & On‑Site Requirements

This is a hybrid role that requires regular onsite collaboration and occasional client visits. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area before their start date. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Through September 30, 2026, employees are expected to work onsite at EWN's current headquarters in Decatur, Texas, as required to support collaboration, coaching, decision‑making, and business outcomes. Effective October 1, 2026, EWN's headquarters will relocate to Westlake, Texas. Beginning on that date, employees will be required to work onsite in Westlake on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays. Regular onsite participation is considered an essential function of this role.

We do not support employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H‑1B visa).

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager at EWN, you will:

Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for an assigned product portfolio
  • Define the problems worth solving based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives
  • Make prioritization decisions with conviction and clearly communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders
  • Define and measure portfolio success through outcome‑based metrics and business impact
Customer Discovery & Market Insight
  • Lead customer discovery activities including interviews, support interactions, win/loss analysis, and market research
  • Synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights into product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for innovation
  • Partner closely with customers to validate assumptions and inform product direction
AI‑Native Product Leadership
  • Utilize modern AI tools across discovery, research, prototyping, analysis, narrative creation, and delivery support
  • Leverage AI to increase personal effectiveness and accelerate product outcomes
  • Model AI‑enabled product management practices across the product organization
  • Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into product strategy and customer value delivery
Cross‑Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across teams while leading through influence rather than authority
  • Participate in cross‑portfolio initiatives including platform strategy, AI capability planning, and vertical market exploration
  • Serve as a senior product voice in strategic planning, architectural discussions, and roadmap reviews
Business & Commercial Strategy
  • Partner with the Chief Product Officer on pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions
  • Evaluate business opportunities and investment priorities across the portfolio
  • Communicate product strategy, outcomes, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Support customer engagements and strategic conversations that influence portfolio direction
What You’ll Bring Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Five (5) or more years of product management experience with ownership of strategic product initiatives
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable customer and business outcomes through product leadership
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, and go‑to‑market functions
  • Strong customer discovery and product strategy capabilities
  • Exceptional prioritization and decision‑making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions for B2B SaaS products
  • Experience using AI‑assisted product tools such as Lovable, v0, Cursor, or similar platforms
