Now Hiring - Full Time Seedbin Wash and Repair Operators
2nd shift available ($2/hour shift differential)

Starting pay $18+/hour based on experience

What will you be doing?
  • Maintain all safety requirements, environmental and housekeeping standards while performing and monitoring day to day operations.
  • Support and coach others to be their best.
  • Generate and report on data about our production to help keep the team on track.
  • Analyze processes and equipment with very high standards to identify areas of operational improvement.
  • Ensure unit policies and procedures are being followed in their area of operations and coach others in compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing training to team members to maintain correct equipment and line operations and procedures.
  • Continue to be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
