Assistant Production Operator Jobs in Iowa (NOW HIRING)

Looking for a hands-on role with steady hours and room to grow? We're hiring Production Operators for manufacturing and industrial environments. This is a great opportunity for candidates with production, machine operating, construction, warehouse, or mechanical experience.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Perform quality checks and inspections
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Complete production, packaging, and general labor tasks
• Record production information and maintain documentation
• Assist with basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

• 6+ months of production, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or industrial experience
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs as needed
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Forklift experience
• Packaging or assembly experience
• Quality inspection experience
• Manufacturing or industrial experience
• Maintenance or mechanical experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
