Job Description:
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager – Testing to help the client scale and mature enterprise experimentation practices across digital products, driving data-informed product decisions through advanced testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead experimentation strategy across digital channels, including web, iOS, and Android platforms
  • Design, scale, and optimize testing programs supporting product innovation and feature development
  • Expand experimentation practices beyond traditional A/B testing into methodologies such as multivariate testing, holdouts, sequential testing, and other advanced experimental approaches
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Business stakeholders to ensure experiments are statistically sound and operationally scalable
  • Evaluate existing testing programs and recommend improvements to experimentation frameworks, governance, and best practices
  • Guide teams in structuring experiments, defining success metrics, and improving testing maturity across products
  • Analyze experiment performance deeply, identifying meaningful trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights beyond dashboard-level reporting
  • Translate experimentation outcomes into clear product decisions and measurable business recommendations
  • Help advance a culture of experimentation and data-informed product development across the organization

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, Experimentation, Growth, Optimization, in highly data-driven digital product environments
  • Recent and extensive enterprise retail or tech industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience operating within enterprise-scale experimentation programs with high testing velocity and cross-functional complexity
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise experimentation platforms, such as Adobe Target (preferred), Optimizely, Statsig, AB Tasty, or comparable solutions
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and statistical concepts, including sample sizing, significance, bias reduction, variance, confidence, and experiment validity
  • Experience partnering with technical and analytics teams to design, launch, measure, and refine experiments at scale
  • Proven ability to independently assess experimentation performance and derive actionable recommendations from results
  • Experience supporting experimentation across consumer-facing digital products, ecommerce, mobile apps, or large-scale digital ecosystems
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates tend to be most successful in this role when they have experience in environments with:

  • Mature experimentation programs where testing is embedded into product development workflows
  • High-traffic digital products with meaningful experimentation volume and measurable business impact
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science teams
  • Organizations with strong product rigor, experimentation culture, and data maturity
What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • You can confidently evaluate whether an experiment is properly designed—not just interpret results
  • You are comfortable improving experimentation programs, not simply participating in existing tests
  • You thrive in highly collaborative product environments where experimentation influences roadmap and business decisions
  • You enjoy translating complex test outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
