About the Team
The Business Technology Go-To-Market Close team is seeking a dedicated highly motivated Product Owner to build, define, and drive the Salesforce-Conga quote-to-cash technology and feature development roadmap! This role will be responsible for defining our technical product roadmap, crafting an automated customer experience, and researching and developing new features and capabilities. The Product Owner will work hand-in-hand with business partners and Business Technology teams to drive the customer journey aimed at providing our sales, finance, legal, and product partners a cohesive experience across Workday.
About the Role
Lead analyses of the competitive environment, customer and product metrics to build innovative features and platform enhancements to Workday's enterprise sales platform. Implement automated pricing guidance using the latest capabilities of Salesforce Einstein AI. Analyze large datasets to uncover sales insights, trends, and opportunities using Tableau. Operate in a complex environment to build a platform critical to Workday's enterprise growth strategy. Drive multiple technical conversations with engineering and cross-functional teams and clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders. Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design of new features and enhancements. Negotiate work scope with business partners to align objectives around time to market, effort and scopes. Mentor and coach other product managers, business systems analysts to learn about Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales, Quote to Cash domains as well as sales compensation tools like Xactly, forecasting tools like Clari, and planning processes. Develop guidelines for managing and prioritizing backlog across various business domains. Ensure solutions that promote simplification, efficiency and an increasingly higher level of productivity for platform users. Position reports to the Workday's Pleasanton, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Salary Range: $194,834 - $252,000

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Product Owner-related occupation.
Two years (24 months) of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce;
Two years (24 months) of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy in Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystems;
Two years (24 months) of experience in Data Analysis;
Two years (24 months) of experience in Product Management;
Two years (24 months) of experience in Business Analysis;
Two years (24 months) of experience in Product Strategy;
Two years (24 months) of experience in Project Management; and
Two years (24 months) of experience in Stakeholder Management.
Other Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Product Owner-related occupation.
5 years (60 months) of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce;
5 years (60 months) of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy in Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystems;
5 years (60 months) of experience in Data Analysis;
5 years (60 months) of experience in Product Management;
5 years (60 months) of experience in Business Analysis;
5 years (60 months) of experience in Product Strategy;
5 years (60 months) of experience in Project Management; and
5 years (60 months) of experience in Stakeholder Management.
