Are you an experienced Product Manager who wants to be part of an innovative and growing business at the nexus of financial services and consumer retail?
The Amazon Payment Products team needs a Senior Product Manager to define and drive strategy and product feature development with measurable P&L impact, to create internal and external product features, and to deepen the integration of our products with Amazon's Retail platform.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and strong in:
• Product management and development, analyzing customer behavior, conducting customer research, and developing product features and services that deliver bar-raising customer experiences
• Customer Acquisition and Engagement management, developing targeting strategies and optimizing acquisitions flows including those on subsidiary partner channels
• Marketing analytics, developing analytical frameworks to understand customer behaviors and designing tests to challenge strategies
• Business management, creating business strategy, owning P&L and managing program metrics
• Project management, creating business justifications and functional requirements for product features and services
This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on risks, financial and operational program metrics. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate has superior analytical abilities and a track record of finding practical, simple and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
This role supports the US Co-branded Credit Card business as part of the North American regional organization.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the credit card roadmap for the US co-brand credit card. You will be responsible for:
• Owning the long-term roadmap for credit card customer experience
• Defining the vision, animating that product vision for stakeholders, and bringing the vision to life
• Owning end to end programs within credit card; delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
• Constructing mechanisms to ensure customer feedback is understood and acted on
• Be a subject matter expert on customer experience ; and use that expertise to influence programs across the Consumer Payments org
A day in the life
In a typical day, you'll be interacting with internal and external cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop product strategies to meet those needs, build the business cases to justify the development, measure the success of tests, and scale successes. You will regularly work with engineering, marketing, design, data engineering & data science, legal, finance, operations, and fellow product marketers to create vision and implement aligned plans.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
