Job description

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Product Manager for an established global healthcare technology organization that develops digital solutions designed to improve the experiences of healthcare professionals and the people they serve. This full-time position is onsite five days per week in Manhattan, New York.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Senior Product Manager will serve as the organizationโ€™s senior product voice in North America, with significant authority to shape U.S. product strategy and influence which opportunities the organization pursues. This hands-on position combines product strategy and discovery with execution and delivery across a connected portfolio serving clinicians, healthcare organizations, patients, and consumers. The ideal candidate is an independent product leader who can identify meaningful problems, validate ideas with users, create prototypes using design and AI tools, and guide products through launch and measurable results.

PERKS:
  • Base salary of $190,000 to $225,000, depending on experience
  • Annual cash bonus of up to 20% of base salary based on recurring revenue growth
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match
  • $1,000 monthly healthcare contribution and access to a comprehensive wellbeing platform for employees and their families
  • 20 days of paid time off, plus 40 hours of New York City sick leave
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and own the North American product strategy, identifying meaningful opportunities within the U.S. healthcare and wellness market with a primary focus on clinicians, practitioners, clinics, and other B2B customers.
  • Lead product discovery from beginning to end by speaking directly with users, conducting research, running experiments, testing assumptions, and validating problems and potential solutions before development begins.
  • Independently transform observations and ideas into testable prototypes using design and AI-assisted tools such as Figma, Lovable, Claude, and comparable platforms; coding is not required.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to shape solutions, define requirements, evaluate technical and user-experience considerations, and turn early prototypes into intuitive products.
  • Prioritize initiatives across a connected product portfolio and lead work through strategy, planning, development, launch, measurement, and continued improvement.
  • Partner with Growth, Legal, Compliance, Product, and executive leadership; support customer and commercial discussions; and help colleagues strengthen their approach to discovery, prioritization, and outcome-focused decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of five years of product management experience, including at least two years with meaningful autonomy and ownership over a product or significant product area.
  • Strong B2B product experience, including direct interaction with professional or enterprise customers; experience developing both B2B and B2C products is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare or wellness market, ideally with experience developing products for clinicians, healthcare practitioners, clinics, employers, healthcare organizations, patients, or consumers.
  • Demonstrated success working across multiple connected products or user groups and taking products from initial problem identification through discovery, prototyping, development, launch, and measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience using modern design and AI-assisted prototyping tools, such as Figma, Lovable, Claude, or comparable platforms, to independently create and test product ideas.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, make informed product decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and adjust direction when user feedback or data challenges an original assumption.
  • Experience collaborating asynchronously with internationally distributed Product and Engineering teams, including maintaining meaningful overlap with European working hours.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Base salary of $190,000 to $225,000 (DOE) along with an annual cash bonus tied to company recurring revenue growth.
  • The bonus ranges from 5% of base salary at 10% revenue growth to a maximum of 20% of base salary at 40% or greater revenue growth, with performance between levels prorated and first-year awards adjusted based on the employee's start date.
  • Benefits include a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match, a $1,000 monthly healthcare contribution, 20 days of paid time off, 40 hours of New York City sick leave, and access to a comprehensive employee wellbeing platform for employees and their families.
