To help us fuel accelerated growth, we're looking for a high-energy and passionate, go-to-market leader who can take new ideas and turn them into full-blown commercial success. As a Product Commercialization Manager, you'll be the connector across Product, Sales, and Marketing, building GTM plans, creating compelling product stories, and enabling our sales teams with the right guidance, tools, and channels to win.
This role is all about collaboration, creativity, and leadership. You'll translate technical product details into simple, powerful pitches that excite prospects, equip sales with the "how" and "who" of selling, and drive every step of the commercialization process to ensure our launches land with impact.
We're looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves turning complex ideas into simple stories, and a quick learner who is able to absorb industry and product knowledge rapidly to make immediate contributions to the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Go To Market Strategy (GTM) & Planning
    • Build and own go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
    • Define the "who, what, where, and how" of selling: target personas, channels, and positioning.
    • Partner with Product Managers early to ensure commercialization readiness well before launch.
  • Product Storytelling & Positioning
    • Translate technical product features into compelling stories that resonate with customers and sales teams.
    • Craft differentiated positioning versus competitors and across core buyer personas.
    • Create messaging frameworks that inform everything from sales pitches to marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement & Execution
    • Develop sales guidance that clearly answers: Who do we sell to? What do we say? Why us?
    • Build pitch decks, playbooks, and tools that drive confidence across sales channels.
    • Partner with Marketing on collateral that align to the GTM plan.
  • Commercialization Leadership
    • Coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure that new products are brought to market efficiently and effectively.
    • Anticipate gaps, solve challenges, and keep commercialization moving at speed.
    • Monitor product performance post-launch, ensuring revenue and adoption goals are on track.
  • Collaboration & Culture
    • Be the champion of cross-functional teamwork, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every project.
    • Drive clarity and alignment so every team knows their role in product success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, required; or experience in lieu of degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in product commercialization, product marketing, and/or GTM execution, required.
  • Experience in the payments industry is preferred.
  • Strong communicator able to turn complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Proven ability to work across teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
  • Works well in a collaborative environment; contributes to overall business objectives while promoting a positive attitude and displaying a sense of teamwork.
  • Professionalism in both routine and highly charged environments; adapt accordingly depending on situation and audience.
  • Organized, able to work autonomously, solutions-oriented, decision-maker, and excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
