Senior Payroll Processor Houston, TX - Onsite 3 days per week The Senior Payroll Processor is responsible for accurately analyzing, preparing, and processing payroll while ensuring compliance with state and federal wage laws, supporting payroll processors with procedures and regulations, assisting the Senior Payroll Manager with departmental needs, and managing multiple payroll-related tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
  • nalysis, preparation and entry of all payroll information to produce accurate and timely payroll. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
  • Support and provide guidance to Payroll Processors on payroll procedures, guidelines and regulations.
  • Work directly with and assist Sr. Payroll Manager on department needs and challenges.
  • Perform other tasks, duties and responsibilities as may be needed or directed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Payroll
  • Must have experience with Workday Payroll Processing
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Workday Financials modules
