We are seeking a motivated Process Integration Engineer to join our PIE team, reporting directly to the Section Manager. You will support the team in managing 0.15um ~ 0.18um product lines, driving process integration, daily yield maintenance, and assisting with new product phase-ins. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career engineers to grow in TSMC's world-class manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
  1. 1. Process Integration Support: Assist in managing daily process integration tasks for 0.15um/0.18um product lines to ensure line stability.
  2. Yield Maintenance: Monitor daily inline data, analyze yield detractors, and assist in executing CIP (Continuous Improvement) projects for yield and defect reduction.
  3. Troubleshooting: Co-work with Fab module engineers to investigate process abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
  4. NTO Support: Support senior engineers in executing New Tape-Out (NTO) flows and pilot run tracking.

Requirements:
  1. 1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly welcome, or candidates with 1-3 years of semiconductor industry experience.
  3. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with data analysis, SPC (Statistical Process Control), or DOE (Design of Experiments) is a plus.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong passion for learning, proactive attitude, and good team-work and communication skills
  5. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are a plus.

Work Location & Schedule:
This position operates on-site at our Camas, Washington location during core business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm; however, there may be occasions when additional hours are necessary to meet project demands.

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation:
At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $87,000 and $106,764 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $87,000 - $115,580 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC's total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
* This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors.
* This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
