Position Overview
This role is a key contributor within Corporate FP&A, with primary responsibility for the preparation, accuracy, and delivery of external-facing financial reporting to senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and our lending partners. You will help ensure that financial results and outlooks are communicated clearly, consistently, and credibly, combining technical financial accuracy with executive-level narrative and presentation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in deadline-driven environments, with a strong understanding of how financial performance is evaluated by Boards and lenders.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc Board reporting packages, including financial statements, KPIs, variance analysis, and executive summaries.

  • Produce monthly and quarterly lender reporting, ensuring compliance with debt agreements, covenants, and reporting timelines.

  • Ensure consistency of metrics, definitions, and presentation across Board materials, lender decks, and executive reports.

Executive Financial Analysis & Communication
  • Translate financial results, trends, and forecasts into clear executive-level commentary, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

  • Prepare supporting schedules and analysis for CFO and executive leadership review meetings.

  • Proactively identify emerging issues or deviations from plan and flag them for leadership.

Forecasting & Planning Support
  • Support the annual budget and periodic forecast processes, with a focus on consolidated corporate results and covenant-relevant metrics.

  • Maintain forecast models that support external reporting, including EBITDA bridges and leverage metrics.

  • Build and maintain integrated financial models to support investment cases, capital allocation decisions, and strategic initiatives.

Data Accuracy, Controls & Process Discipline
  • Reconcile reported results to source systems and accounting outputs, ensuring data integrity and auditability.

  • Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A teams to ensure inputs are complete, accurate, and aligned.

  • Maintain documentation for Board and lender reporting processes, assumptions, and key calculations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, consistency, and timeliness.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting.

  • Hands-on experience preparing Board-level and/or lender reporting.

  • Strong financial statement knowledge (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and high attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior audiences.

Preferred
  • Experience working in a PE-backed, leveraged, or lender-intensive environment.

  • Exposure to debt covenants, leverage ratios, and cash flow forecasting.

  • CPA, CFA, or CMA a plus.

About You
You are thoughtful, dependable, and credible under pressure. You value precision, deadlines, and clarity, especially when materials are destined for senior leaders, directors, or lenders. You understand that corporate reporting is as much about trust and consistency as it is about analysis, and you take ownership of the details that protect that trust.
